Why this is broken:
  • Gold and Enterprise share the exact same revenue band — split only by whether the practice started with Moxie. An acquisition artifact, not a practice characteristic.
  • Not predictive of performance. Some Gold practices are larger and more complex than some Enterprise practices.
  • $50K+ is a monolithic bucket. A $60K solo provider and a $350K multi-location operation both fall into the same tier.
  • GMV heavily concentrated. Silver alone = 45.8% of GMV; Silver + Gold = 72.6%. Segmentation work rolls up into 2 buckets instead of 5.
